La Villa Mexican - El Dorado

I am extremely pleased with this restaurant. The food, service, prices, and waitstaff were all outstanding. I would highly recommend dining here. The carne asada is definitely the best I’ve had from coast to coast—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and incredibly flavorful!

01-13-2023 Was in town to visit my mother-in-law. Always a great place for delicious food and tasty margaritas! We decided to pick up some takeout. We had to ask for someone to take our order and I don’t think that was a good thing. I still decided to give them a shot since this was my first time here. The mozzarella sticks we ordered for an appetizer were flavorless. We tried to add salt and pepper but that didn’t help any. We basically wasted our money on the appetizer. I asked was there anything he could do and he said no. I must say we were pleased with our entrees. I highly doubt i’d return though.

The micheladas were fantastic! The pork verde was excellent as well. However, my fajitas were a bit bland. We would definitely return for the michelada and give another dish a try.

I really enjoy dining there—the staff is very friendly, and the prices are great. It's significantly better than Maggie and Lucy's, and the service is much quicker too.
