If you eat the ground beef even a day after you bought it, it’s brown. Probably give ya food poisoning if you ate it.

Rude deli clerk, empty deli shelves, produce looked good, no ribs, no shrimp, no flank steak. I spent $400 in groceries they were piled high at the bagging counter. The guy bagged 2 bags and walked away. I asked the checker now what? Staring at 5 carts behind me, a pile of unbagged groceries. She shrugged so I said do you want me to start bagging? She said yes! Unbelievably bad service and the store as a whole looked terrible. Most employees wear head phones so cannot hear you ask a question. Whole Foods here I come !

I'm grateful for the grocery store, however, no matter what time, what day, ALWAYS out of stock of MANY items. Produce, dry goods, paper items, dairy. EVERY dept

El Jebel location.....Agree with the past couple reviews....parking awful but more than that is the rude younger employees-bad attitude, not helpful and can be downright rude...Lived here for over 15 years and understand staffing problem in valley; however, not an excuse

It was a little over 5 years since I stopped at this location, I won't be coming back! The lines were SUPER LONG it's ok I'm pretty patient. A nice lady let me go ahead of her which put me 2nd in line with only 6 items. I set my items on the conveyor and the lady behind me was chatting with me when the cashier interrupted and TOLD me to lay my soda on its side. I simply just told her I would hold it because if you lay it on its side it will explode when I got out to the car. As me and this lady continued our conversation the cashier interrupted AGAIN this time TELLING me to back up and move away for the conveyor/ counter area are you serious?? I told her I wasn't even touching that counter and I was about 3 people spaced from the 1st person in line, the lady in front of me even commented that I was fine and she was confused about why the cashier was acting weird. I was so embarrassed that I left that line, the cashier had the audacity to leave her post and call out to me to come back. I told her NO and to just stop! I went to self checkout and waited another 20 or so minutes to finally check out. The self checkout lady was great, she was huge help!!!! I should have just went to Glenwood like normal but I thought I would give this location another chance. I WONT BE GOING BACK. For the record I spoke to a manager. It's too bad that with larger upgraded big box stores that customer service has to be sacrificed!!!
