Applebee's Grill - El Paso

Probably the worse experience we've ever had! first the waiter has forgotten to put our order. then he finally remembered, but forgot to start eating. when he notices it's too late because our main courses are coming. then our command was wrong. asked for ribbed green beans and kartoffeln. I cut into my steak and it's raw. when I asked myself well. he finally realizes that we are upset and stop coming to our table and a manager starts to serve us. I had it at that point and just paid and left. Serious service!

Applebees eating and service not as they now use, they need to have really luck, both sometimes service is great, but eating is not or otherwise around!

Ordered by uber isst shortly after 19 uhr, specifically asked to remove broccoli and huhn from my pasta and what do I get? broccoli and huh in my pasta with my replacement on the side. beyond that I had ordered the 2 for 20 and didn't even get my fries that were offered with mine. absolutely terrible efforts by the staff.

Great servers during my visit no loud music a plus for me and food was on point.

I was traveling from Phoenix to San Antonio on 3/8/22 and stayed at a nearby hotel for the night. A dear friend of mine who is originally from El Paso encouraged me to go enjoy a margarita while I was in town and I spotted this Applebee’s location.From the moment I walked in until I left after enjoying my dinner- and those margaritas- I enjoyed a very wonderful experience! The food and service was very much on point!Isel G was my waitress and she definitely proved to have excellent customer service skills while being very friendly! I can tell that beautiful and hard working young lady has a bright future ahead of her with such a great attitude and work ethic!All of you working there are winners in my book and I look forward to stopping in again next time I pass through town! Meanwhile, keep up the great teamwork!
