He was peeking over while we were waiting for the guy in the fedora hat to get our order. He was the only one making it there. While we were trying to ADDRESS THE MAN TRYING TO GET IN OUR CAR, the man in the store was arrogantly smirking continuing to make the rolled ice cream for another order. He did not seem to be bothered at all. He knew we were there, and when 2 other people came in, he did NOT SEEM TO CARE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE GETTING US FIRST. Almost as if it 's not my problem . Maybe he was LAZY TO GET OUR ORDER? I hope YOU read this comment. Poor customer service in a poor area. THANK GOD FOR THE LADIES NEXT DOOR FOR TELLING US. GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD CHARACTER. I don 't buy wigs but ID RATHER BE HER CUSTOMER!!!
Waited about an hour until I had to ask for a refund and they were still not getting my Ice cream.
Horrible customer service. Placed an online order and still waited over 30 minutes. It was completely empty and when we arrived the “ice cream roller person” was not there and didn’t show until 20 minutes later. When he finally arrived, no apology, no greetings, and said there was not an order, until I showed him my receipt (was trying to lie). Older gentlemen with sun glass kept on and a hat. Literally just placed the ice cream on the counter with no comment. Dyer location is 100x better. Do not go to this one.
The customer service was excellent and the rolled ice cream was delicious. We will definitely be coming back.
The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious. However, the tables were not clean and one of the staff members appeared to be extremely unhappy. Our group of seven ordered five ice creams, and it took over 45 minutes from the start of our order to the finish. The staff would stop to serve other customers who ordered after us before completing our order, which was frustrating.
