Waiter Shy was great food was served great food was ok bit expensive

They were out of soooo many things in dishes but refused to comp a few dollars off for the loss. So silly

I had a great experience in Dave and busters. The only thing I would say would be better communication. What happened was that my manager called to get gift cards for co-workers and then he ended up buying an ecard from what the employee told him and he told me once I arrive show my ecard and they would issue me a 25$ gift card but that wasn't the case and then the guy told me that they can't do that due to the fact that we need to pay activation fees for the 10 cards. This was not communicated to my manager which caused a little upset. But we had a lovely and nice kindly matter waitress. We did a reservation of 11 people and she was freaking awesome she kept 25$ per head and let them know if they go over she also got another table for us to merge together. Food, service everything was great but my team and I loved the waitress kudos to her (She had blonde hair)

Great time, only the thema was the music a little loud.

OPENTABLE: I had a small party and reserved a table for 12 online, however when I got there, the employees had no knowledge of this. They either do not check OpenTable or were not trained to. They also did not take the initiative to prepare the table at any point. So the reservation got my hopes up and was a waste of time. FOOD: The food options are tasty, but limited for a mid-size visit. I didn't have enough people to rent a party room of 10. However, there was not a deal of say, 4 or 5 pizzas at a discounted price. It was very expensive to pay for several 1 to 2-person entrees to healthily feed my group. I feel Peter Piper is a better alternative for this situation. ENVIRONMENT: The environment is very loud with the sounds of the games. Having to raise your voice to communicate can get tiring after a while. OVERALL: My experience at Dave Busters was good, but not great. I will probably not host a small party here again, with its current options, but it is good for a short trip.
