Dickey's Barbecue Pit - El Paso

Arturo and Ezra were courteous and friendly employees. I would definitely return, 10/10.

It was cleaned. The workers was nice, attentive and social. They asked me question to insure I was pleased with my order. I wish I got his name. What is rare that he took time to talk to me and make sure I was satisfied with my order.

The service was a bit sluggish but the food was delicious. There was no condiment bar available, unlike other branches. The loud tejano music and two different TVs playing at the same time were quite bothersome.

I paid $25 for the 3-piece meat plate and received nothing - no utensils. I was not happy at all with the experience.

The order had 2 substitutions--without even calling us. The food was so-so. I have had Dickey's food before, in a different city, and it was amazing. Maybe it was just an off night. I had high expectations, but will not make that mistake again.
