Famous Dave's Montana Ave - El Paso

We arrived at 3 PM with a group of 16 people. We placed our orders within 15 minutes, but it took an hour and a half to receive our food! To make matters worse, some of the orders were incorrect, the food was cold, and the brisket had clearly been reheated—it just didn’t taste fresh at all. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing, and on top of it all, it was Mother’s Day! Others who arrived after us were served before we were. I understand they had parties of seven, but that doesn’t excuse the service. Our waitress was very sweet and did her best, but I cannot recommend this restaurant at all!

I was disappointed that the mixed drink options were different from those at other locations. I didn’t get what I was expecting—a large frozen mango margarita.

The whole experience was incredibly disappointing, especially since it was Mother's Day! Other tables that were seated after us received their meals before we did. On a positive note, our waitress was very sweet and did her best to help us. However, I cannot recommend this restaurant at all!

I was disappointed that the mixed beverage selection was not the same as the other locations. I didn't get what I was for. A frozen mango margarita in a large cup or cup.
