The hostess did not acknowledge that I did have a reservation. This was 6:15 6:30 on Monday night. The music was so loud that it felt like dance place at 6:30 on Monday

Food and drinks plus service was great! Our server attended our party of 6 exceptionally well! We were celebrating two birthdays and he made it special for the boys.

Good service. Good food. Good location. I recommend it.

Good service under the circumstances, cold food. Sadly our visit was disappointing. The first problem was there were only 2 wait staff attending to the entire restaurant. But they did a good job under the circumstances. Not their fault there weren’t enough staff. Dance/club music was uncomfortably loud making conversation challenging. Another issue was that the restaurant seemed to be out of half the items on the menu, from appetizers to main dishes to the drinks. It was kind of sad to give our order to the waiter only to have them reply “sorry we are all out of that” or “sorry we are no longer offering that item”, and “unfortunately we are also out of that tonight”. Food arrived at our table room temperature to lukewarm. Very disappointing to get lukewarm soup on a cold evening. Steaks were the biggest disappointment. Awful. They were the thinnest 10 14 oz rib eye steaks I’ve ever seen and were served room temperature. Clearly over cooked, tough and dried out. Hamburgers were slightly better but still only lukewarm. They must have been hot at one time before arriving at the table because the cheese had melted. But by the time they made it to the table they were room temperature. I kept thinking how delicious the steak fries would have been if only they had been served hot from the kitchen. The final stinger comes with the bill service charge for using a credit card. We realize restaurants are perfectly within their rights to charge additional service fees but after such a disappointing experience it felt like a final stinger as we completed the evening. We had previously dined here several weeks ago and everything was very good. But this experience really disappointed. Hope things improve soon. Could be really great if management can get things on track.

First time trying. Service below acceptable. Server never came back after plates delivered so didn’t get another glass of wine and didn’t offer dessert, lots of lost revenue for restaurant. Steak good value but was so salty had to eat bites with potato to tame salt down. Was our Anniversary so decided to try something different thinking good wine and steak but even wine all very low end and didn’t have tonic water for alot of drinks in bar menu. No manager in sight. We won’t be back unfortunately. Was not a packed place for service to be so subpar.
