Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant has accidentally found while trying to decide what to eat. After I sat in the parking lot, I decided to check it. The atmosphere is beautiful, but it is a small restaurant (very small). It was full. There are a few TVs and there was music in the background. Nice mood because the music wasn't too loud. After waiting for an available place I ordered a Margarita and some Tacos. I was impressed by the cheap price and the tacos. Margarita was the only disappointment in all, as it was not good. I recommend you try if you like fresh tacos.

Although the food was delicious and perfectly cooked, the service fell under sub par. Our glasses were empty and we were never asked if we needed anything. Appetizers came together with Main Courses, which is strange. Great food. Service was? It won't be back. Too bad that was my first time. Was placed on my list of trying. Insulted to say the least.
The food is actually quite good and the waiters are nice, but the processes in which the business is run is terrible. It must be modernization. Let me explain. I know I can't depend on calling for an order and calling them. I tried to call over 40 times, and I'd say 5 of these phone calls have gone through. If they don't go through, say something like voice mail can't be left. I don't know if phone calls are not priority or maybe the phone system is faulty, but I tried both George Dieter and Edgemere today and could not go through. I also tried to make a refund because there was a false message about what I wanted. I said I wanted 3 tacos and Calamari. I meant 1 order of 3 tacos and Calamari. Honest mistake when I tried to repay, I never got it. I checked my account for 1 week later and nothing. So basically I gave them free money. Finally, when the restaurant is busy, they have only 1 register opened. I'm trying to get in, but if there's a number of orders that need to be processed, I have to wait. This also sees stress for employees who have to deal with a register. The next is a recommendation. Add the business to the Uber eats and DoorDash platform. I see that the one over the city is eating on Uber but there at 2 small ruffles in the east side. In these days, I'll bet there's money from this kind of platforms. I hope someone sees it better to change it.
I usually don't go to this location i go to the West side location by UTEP and from this experience I will continue to only go to that location the customer service was terrible never checking up on us even though we were at the bar never asking to refill our drinks or anything. The cherry on top on this awful service was I had the molcajete tropical the tuna SLICE'S was like a shredded piece of meat. I had one piece and it was awful overcooked no flavor no nothing. I asked the server to take it back and I didn't want it and they still charge me for the plate. So not only was it the worst service that I've ever had they charged me for items that I never wanted. Never returning to this location.
