Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a caramel wrap, but when I received it at the window, I immediately realized it was mocha instead. Since I don't like mocha, I told the girl that I had ordered caramel. She confirmed it was mocha and insisted that I had requested that flavor. After some back and forth, we asked her if she could change it, and she agreed and told us to move to the next window. When she brought out the new wrap, she just turned the whipped cream so I wouldn't notice. She hadn’t done that with the first order. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience. 1-29-23 @10:15.
I had a decent experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, and although I had to wait, a waitress offered me a complimentary drink, which was a nice gesture. The service was good, but the food was average. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5.
The food is served cold and the bread is stale. Despite my requests for hot food, they don't seem to pay attention. The service is frustratingly poor. Where is the management to oversee these staff members? Food rating: 1/5.
It is a big franchise the food is always well prepared and they staff friendly and helpful definitely a guide and they one that the other franchises should try to model themselves
Went inside to order. Seemed as though we were a bother to the employee for ordering from the counter and not the kiosk. There wasn't anyone else waiting for their food nor to order so I cannot understand why we received such terrible service.Food: 4/5
