I love this Poke restaurant. Despite not being able to see the employees' faces due to COVID, they still ensured that we received excellent service. They provided us with great options while prioritizing safety and cleanliness. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients as always. Great job!

I placed an order at 7:53 pm and didn't receive it until after 10 pm. The food seemed old, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. I was hesitant to eat it, fearing I might get food poisoning. The sweet and crispy shrimp was particularly disappointing. The breading was soggy and unappetizing, and it appeared as though it hadn't been fried properly. Additionally, the sauce for the shrimp was missing. This experience was a waste of both time and money, costing me $63. I have no intention of ordering from this restaurant or through DoorDash in the future.

Whenever we are in the area, we make sure to stop by this restaurant. The staff is consistently helpful, and we appreciate that they lowered the music volume during our last visit to make it easier to communicate with them while wearing masks. The food is consistently fresh and of high quality. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Purchase two large bowl n well they do not look large missing rice n spicy tuna mentioned it to the girl making it n totally ignored me, and even at check out I mentioned it and still charged me for large, horrible experience would not recommend at all for 31.39 just take your business some place else

I love this location! this recent time i visited pokeworks, i was helped by a nice young lady who recommended me a delicious signature bowl! the whole crew gave such great customer service and my bowl looked too pretty to eat!! the spams were so good and i topped off my lunch with the coco dessert which was absolutely delicious! such a clean, fun environment to relax and have a spectacular meal with friends and family served by awesome people!!
