Sofi's Mexican - El Paso

Great tasty food that never disappoints. Staff is attentive. Atmosphere can be castrophobic because it can and usually is a very busy place. Hey, the food is great!

The service was good, but the dish I ordered was a mess both times. I work in a restaurant as well, and rather than making excuses, you should focus on teaching your cooks how to prepare food correctly. Serving customers a poorly prepared meal is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I've been there twice, but I'm not planning to return.

This restaurant truly captures the essence of Mexican cuisine, offering outstanding pozole and menudo.

Came in for 2 burritos, waited about 35 min. When I asked what the status of my food was because I was on my lunch was asked what I had ordered and no one seemed to know where my food was. Was told they didn’t know I had placed an order. Proceeded to make my burritos which took them about 5 min to get to me. I honestly don’t think they even apologized for anything. To top it all off the burritos were flavorless.
