Slowest fastfood restaurant ever. An old and poorly managed Sonic establishment

Don't come here expecting to pay cash, the employees won't give you your change to keep it as tips. they took almost a dollar in change for a simple slush. not coming back thanks.

Got there after school only ordered a small drink and a pretzel through the app and then my order got off of the screen and no one came and after pressing the button they told me to give them a moment before letting me tell them I had no food so after 20 minutes I pressed the button again and the girl acted bamboozled and rude and made us wait and gave me old coke and a cold pretzel and got rude stares from the order window because we were complaining

Awful, awful, awful service. Waited forty minutes for a single burger and soda: the order ended up being wrong, and the staff refused to fix it.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 cars in front of me to order and once i got to the speaker they said they were out of most of the menu items… it then took 30 more minutes to get out of the line after not ordering anything. I’ve worked customer service and understand when it can be busy and hectic for the workers but when there’s barely anything available and not that many cars it shouldn’t take a whole hour to go through the drive through line.
