Speedy's Pizza - El Paso

Many people fail to realize that customer service is essential in any business. While the pizza may be tasty, the customer service here is severely lacking. There was no warm welcome or acknowledgment of thanks provided. This will be my first and last visit to Speedy Pizza. Keep in mind, good customer service reflects greatly on your business.

I feel like my time was wasted. I placed my order ahead of time when it wasn’t busy, but it still wasn’t ready. I will never order from here again. I had to go back to the staff, who looked like a character from Nacho Libre, and they denied my order. Meanwhile, my friends at home checked the location.

I placed my order over the phone and drove for 20 minutes to pick it up. When I got home, the pizza was fresh and well-prepared. It's a great spot for pizza, even though it was quite busy. The decor was also clean and tidy.

I felt like I had to write this review? Isis (I hope I spell her name correctly) went out of her way to provide exceptional customer service. I went to a big order and asked if he could be delivered. She was honest with me and said she wasn't sure if they were able when they were short drivers, but she wrote my number down and let me know in advance that they could finally deliver. Even if they were unable to deliver, the fact that she went out of her way to help me get a 5-star rating.

I had an appointment next door had time after and decided to go check out what they had besides pizza i wanted little snack I looked at menu saw they had Churros so i got a order to go. It was so good they were served warm , fresh, crispy and delicious ? Must try it, next time I'll try the pizza they have so many different types. but i did see they have Philly cheese steak sandwich and sold wings &cheese cakes n lots more
