Umami Ramen House - El Paso

The food could have been enjoyable if it had been served warm, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Overall it was nice in the restaurant, though I would think the atmosphere would be better if it had music that fit the setting more. Not a big negative of course but a lot of restaurants that are centered around a certain type tend to have music aligning with the food, customs, and culture. Again it's not horrible it was fine. I really enjoyed the decorations the most in the restaurant. The food was really good the only reason I didn't select 5 stars is that the chicken in my food had a bunch of hard pieces so for example every 2-3 pieces out of 5 we're too hard to chew and or it may have been bone. Again the flavor was amazing in the broth, orange sauce and the drinks. The rice was without flavor which is natural but I would have liked if the servers offered maybe a sauce or side to pair with rice.

Good place, good food, always open in holidays, which is a plus for someone like myself who works holidays

The beef literally smelt and tasted like a gas grill. It made the meal inedible. The food looked good but the taste really was horrible; pure gasoline!!

They forgot to include the utensils I needed, which ended up being quite a hassle for me.
