The pho is always delicious, light, fragrant, and steaming hot. They provide a healthy portion of garnishes. Their tea is always fresh. Service is quick and dishes come out timely. You can ask for chili oil if you don't want chili paste.

Their food is excellent! It is flavorful and comes in good portions. Try the coffee too!

Food is actually pretty good, but service is Russian roulette. Our last experience was so bad. The server was very unpleasant and no matter our courtesy, wouldn 't even crack a smile and never checked on us. Then, she brought us something we did not order, argued about it and then had the audacity to ask well would you be pay for it, since it 's already made . Definitely didn 't check on us at all after we refused and the hate we were given when our correct meal was brought out was very obvious.

Best pho broth in el paso. Food is always fresh and delicious. Currently love the beef and chicken banh mi . Only complaint is they need to add more meet to the steak pho bowls

I had a great experience at Viet, a cozy and authentic Vietnamese restaurant in east El Paso inside Zaraplex. The service was friendly and but not fast, and the food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the pho with beef and the spring rolls, and they were both flavorful and satisfying. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine or wants to try something new.
