Outstanding atmosphere and amazing location! The staff is super helpful and very welcoming to any and all levels of cigar enthusiasts. Outstanding whiskey collection; and great spot to relax, converse, and play a competitive board game. Additionally, you can bring your own cigars for a small fee (5.00) in the event they have nothing in their selection you find appealing.

The worst cigar lounge in El Paso hands down! Bad service, even worse cigar selection. Asked the guy for a crown cut and got this lol recommend Old Fort Bliss Cigar Co. or Chuco Cigars!

Best cigar selection around! My wife and I make sure to visit Vitola's every time we're in town (from Las Cruces, NM) to stock up on our cigars. We're always happy with the selection, and prices are fair.We particularly enjoy the upstairs lounge!

What an incredible selection! I had only visited the location on Fort Bliss before, but I finally decided to check out the downtown spot. I originally had no intention of buying anything since my humidor was already three-quarters full, but they had two cigars on my wishlist and two others that I hadn't smoked in a couple of years. The location by the ballpark is excellent, you can smoke indoors, and there's a bar on the upper level. Fantastic experience!
