Contribuisci feedbackI placed my order at 8:04 PM and was told to wait in the mobile order parking for my baked potato and small bowl of chili. It's now 8:43 PM, and I still haven't received my food. I've gone inside twice, and each time they told me the cheese sauce wasn't ready. There's no way it should take nearly an hour just for shredded cheese.
I had a frustrating experience with my order through Frissst. My driver called to inform me that the manager was refusing to release my order. In total, I had four drivers come to pick it up, but they all left empty-handed. I was charged the full price for a cancellation, and Wendy's still hasn't responded to my concerns. It seems that the management at this location has a pattern of keeping customers’ orders without explanation, as my drivers mentioned that this is a common issue with this Wendy's.
Most beautiful place I've ever eaten. behind the theke was filthy the tables to sit looked like they had been cleaned in days. the fries were soggy brown, as if they were not changing the oil in which they built them. the worst experience at an almost food place in my whole life! and this place! dyer next to panda express. even the workers were dirty as this place needs the health department to call them so badly and have tested them all drugged as well
I ordered and paid, and they told me to park and bring it out. waited 35 minutes until I came in and only to find out that they lost my order. And when I repeated my job, they half annoyed him and didn't give it to me.
Tonight was the second time we've had to wait 20+ minutes for our mobile order. We pull up to the window at the drive thru and let them know we're there, we get asked to wait at the sign and we do. Tonight we were waiting 30 minutes before I went inside to see what was taking so long and they hadn't even started the order yet. It took 45 minutes to finally get the order after we ordered ahead on the app. It's absolutely ridiculous! We will no longer be coming to this location as this is not the first time we've had to wait this long for a mobile order. There were other cars at the drive thru that ordered and received their food in a short amount of time while we were waiting for our order. Not only did we wait 45 minutes for our order, but our order was incorrect and missing items. The North Hills location is able to process and get mobile orders out in a timely fashion. I suggest the Dyer location learn from the North Hills location on how to get FAST food orders out quickly and efficiently, not with a 20+ minute wait time.
