Whataburger - El Paso

I've gone a few times and a young man Chris M has always been friendly, and the only one who can get my order right. Even though he works in the back now, a manager asked him to help in the front the other day and right away he came out to check oncustomers who were dining in. It's a good atmosphere when the lady workers aren't screaming and yelling at the employees.

They took out my review a long time ago, fortunately I got my pictures on my phone. This Whataburger, super slow, the ladies on here, very lazy, didn?t want to work here. They close the restaurant earlier and put everyone in the drive thru, very patetic.If they don?t want to work, hire people that want to work.

Use the app, it is easy and faster. this great place always had a line, why wait for their freshly made meals. great customer service, very practical.

Multiple times this has happened. Long lines for no reason waiting on my order while other people pass me. It is always the night crew as well. This time was the last straw. Completely messed up order and served the burger completely dry.

Second time I come here and burger not the way they are supposed to be made. Bun is cold and meat is overcooked and everything put together outside of buns onion rings were good
