Whataburger - El Paso

This place was incredibly clean. They had a WWII veteran who came in and encountered a problem with his order. The on-duty manager immediately stepped in to assist this 80+ year old man! I will definitely be returning.

Best customer service !!!! The other locations should take a page out of your book cause you guys rock !!!

The experience was excellent, and the staff were friendly! The bathroom was clean and provided good privacy.

Was in town for a short layover and had to hit up Whataburger! We don't have them on the west coast so love when I can stop for food here. They had chorizo burritos for breakfast but I missed in by an hour. I was flying out that night and they made an exception for me and made me burritos! The fact they went above and beyond for my considering my circumstances spoke a lot to me about them :

The burgers and fries were cold, and my burger only had half a patty. I usually love Whataburger, but the location on Dyer and Rushing is quite disappointing. I believe the management needs to oversee the kitchen staff more closely. The Whataburger on Airway and Edgemere, on the other hand, is fantastic!
