I was initially excited for their vegan options, as it is quite hard to find a restaurant here that has vegan options. You have the order completely wrong. They put fake sausages on my spouse's pizza that contained real cheese and should have real meat. They also burned their pizza quite badly, I speak charred and not frissable beside the center burned. Then call it really from above they put REAL meat mixed with their plant protein! My SO ate several pieces and confirmed that MIXED FAKE MEAT WITH REAL MEAT on my ALL vegan pizza. The fake meat looks just like her real meat, the only real difference is the taste my S/O confirmed that it is both when she hates the vegan meat unlike me. So seriously watch if you take the chance, they simply mix it without care. Avoid this place seriously. They are not encoding on the vegan options and seem completely open, not taking care of these options. When I eat meat, I'm going to physically get sick. Very disappointed by the lack of knowledge by personnel and management. The management obviously didn't train them and I bet companies wouldn't be too happy about it. Unfortunately, I don't have professionals for this restaurant because it was just a bad experience and a waste of money. The fact that they have the same way for another customer A DAY, says everything. Poor Management 100%. Train your workers or get workers who will hear. The first and last time I will visit every pieology.
Really disappointed. I confirmed my order with two people four times and they still misunderstood it. The staff gave me the order twice. For the first time, the employee said garlic and herbal butter as a basis and I had to correct them again (be careful with the herbal butter). It also seemed as if the employee was first confused when I asked for vegan, plant protia. I sprinkled the 'butt 'pizza, no pepperoni, sub vegan protia for meatballs and sausage, sub vegan cheese and garlic and olive oil for the base instead of red sauce and oregano above. I would have ordered online, but their system is not very beneficial for changes. When I arrived, they had not placed vegan cheese on the entrance, so I asked if it was vegan, they confirmed (I could say it was, so I was relieved). They just gave us the vegan meatball, not a vegan sausage. It was all thrown in the middle, instead of blowing around, and it was a bit sparce. Overall, their employees do not handle any changes to their pizzas at all. Customer service is also bad. We were in other locations and were similarly unimpressed. We just went because it was Sunday night and there are few vegan options in El Paso at that time. If you are looking for a vegan pizza option, The Pizza Joint is much more vegan friendly and its staff is informed.
