Rockin' Cigar Grill Thunderbird

I went specifically for their cigars, but their humidor room has been broken for a while. I still went inside to check their inventory and all their cigars are super dry, they crumble. And they still have them at full price. It might be a decent bar, but don't go for cigars. This was like april 2024.

The bar has potential to be better. Vibe was decent, surprisingly empty on a Friday. Cigar inventory is very limited and the humidor wasn’t working, so unfortunately not even worth buying one. Bartender didn’t know certain mixed drinks. And she touches the ice as she pours it into the drinks. Seems like she needs better training. Mozzarella sticks were very undercooked, wings were mediocre compared to places such as Union Drafthouse, twin peaks, etc.Overall very disappointing, wouldn’t go again. You want to enjoy a good cigar and a drink? Go to chuco cigars, wanna play games? Go to rubiks or pockets. Want good food? Go to a reputable bar. This place is not it. Respectfully.Whomever replied the first time needs a better understanding of work ethics, rather than manners.

Update the staff which uses to provide horrible service are no longer here. The new staff provide excellent service. Food is ok and prices are good. The only thing is, it is very dirty.

Dietary restrictions: Must ask for cook to exclude for allergies and easily will do it. If you don't like something just make sure you say it's your allergy like onions or tomatoes or even raw vegetables etc. Parking: Parking in front and back Kid-friendliness: I would say that I wouldn't invite kids or parents who have to bring kids. Must have kid/baby watcher and everyone will have a great time with adult games such as shuffle board, 2 pool tables for adults, table arcade games ?, even though I promised God for me not to do it but they have gambling games and slots I would play just as fun games like matching and tik tak toe . Honestly, it's fun for adults' place!!! We would say not kid friendly, but maybe they have kid friendly scheduled during the day. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, on 2 sides of the walk-up side walk also Handicap Parking available in the very front also wheelchair access in the very front.

People were great. Service was superb. Music was of my genre and era. Living in NE, travel was a bit, but it was worth it. Will be going back!
