Most dishes on the menu contain pork, including the enchilada sauce, rice, and black beans. I was disappointed to find that they didn't even have ranch dressing for the salad. It was quite challenging for me to find something suitable to eat. However, the waitress and bartender were attentive and helpful in explaining the menu. They informed me about the vegetarian options, which were limited to mainly white rice, whole pinto beans, and salad. If you avoid pork, I would recommend looking elsewhere. But if you enjoy pork, friendly service, and delicious mixed drinks, Calo might be the right place for you. The chips and salsa are also incredibly tasty! Just a heads-up: vegetarian options are not listed on the menu, so you'll need to ask. Also, please be aware that the black beans served with the chips as an appetizer contain pork.

Absolutely delicious! The rice and beans were the best I've ever had, and the short rib enchiladas were incredible. The service was outstanding as well. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
