The Piazza - Eldred

Do not go there!! No wonder they always empty. They do not have good customer service especially the male. I feel bad for his sweet wife who is always nice to us! He Always has a nasty attitude . Will absolutely never refer anyone there. I had my family come up with kids and I told them to go and we got treated so nasty. The male threw the menu at us and it hit my sister and her kids and went on the floor and he could careless. Poor kids were in shock! Then refused to take our order which all we wanted was a reg pie. They ignored us although there was not one person there so we were so upset we left. We are super friendly people and that was so embarrassing!! Never again. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! IT WOULD REALLY HELP YOUR BUSINESS! whole town can't stand your attitude ?

Fast service.Pizza was good, just bring others to share couldn't finish a whole pie.Good outdoors seating and bat next to the kitchen.

I've been a patron of the liquor side of the corner for decades. My son asked me to take him to the ice-cream side. As we were trying to read the menus from the window a guy pops out and asks what we're doing there in a hurried direct attitude. He made it clear that we cannot go inside, despite that we just saw a customer comes out without a mask (we had ours). He further remarked that we cannot hang out his shop. Considering the pandemic we had no issue w/ it. With little choice where to eat we crossed that street to stand in this nice lot that I thought belonged to the church. This same guy raced out after us and yelled at us to leave his property, we were not welcome. At which point we felt like second class citizens. Next time I'll resist the urge to go local and go to Port Jervis or PA where both quality and service are better. Obviously we can't reward that kind of behavior for either shops. Now you know to make the choice for yourselves.

Friends of ours suggested that we meet at this tiny place in the small little town of Eldred. We were not disappointed! We got started with meatball and ricotta appetizers and then each of us ordered a pie. Wow! Crust was cooked perfectly. I especially enjoyed the ricotta. Arugula topped pizza wasn't on the menu but when I asked the owner if they could make it, he ran across to his very cool hydrofarm to pick it fresh! Best tasting arugula I have ever had! Frank and his brother's pizza joint is really something special. I suggest heading over to their ice cream parlor (next door) for treats and then picking up some lettuce from the farm to take home! I can’t say enough about this place. The quality of the pizza, the attention to detail.l, and best of all Lou and Frank. They’re two incredible people and we were so grateful to have met them over their delicious pizza.
