Birrieria Tijuana - Elgin

Sad! I'm having to downgrade my review. I just ordered 5 tacos from here today and there was barely any meat or cheese in there. They were skinny sadly and not filling anymore compared to when I first started coming here a year ago. I'll be looking for a new birria taco place.

Worth every penny, and I didn't spend many pennies. I came in without any expectations, and the sheer size of their offerings are enormous. They are relentless on the cheese, beans, rice, etc. I ordered a burrito w/ consome, taco, and asada fries. Definitely need the consome with the burrito; dipping a girthy burrito into rich, beefy soup is a rite of passage.

They're cheese tacos are amazing! Then to dip it into the soup takes it to another level. Then their carne asada fries just hits the spot.

Been here several times and tried other locations in Seattle and I tend to come back here. Portion in meat is what this place beats compare to other, along with pricing. The salsa Guac. Verde muah I say ! The jalapeño are sometimes a hit or miss but this time it was definitely Spicy, only ate one of two. I tend to get only two and that's normally enough and share rice but had three. did go a day without eating, long day at work lol I don't eat this often but when I do, just delicious! Gotta have that Mexican Coco Cola from Next Door Don't believe me, then go it. Hahah

Delicious birria tacos and super friendly and quick service! Definitely will be back or maybe I'll try their other location in Everett. Definitely want to try their quesabirria and burritos.
