Dunkin' - Elgin

Very quick, and they are quick to learn returning customers.

This is my first time stopping at this place, and the waiter refused to take my order because I look Mexican. It is unfortunate how people discriminate against Latinos.

This location is absolutely horrible. Service is extremely slow and has a hard time getting basic orders correct..

This location is by far the worst I've been to. I've never waited in a drive through line for more than 20 minutes until I came to this location. It's a coffee shop.. unacceptable

I have visited many Dunkin' Donuts locations inside gas stations, and this one is definitely one of the best. The establishment was clean and had a modern feel to it. The staff was friendly and seemed to know their stuff. They got my complicated order correct on the first try, which is not always the case. Thank you for the great experience!
