The service is outstanding, and I must say, everything is fresh and delicious. I give it an A+!

This Dunkin' Donuts offers the typical coffee experience you would expect. The staff is not particularly friendly and can be barely tolerable, which aligns with what many have come to anticipate from this chain. It seems that everyone working here is from the same country, which raises questions about the company’s hiring practices.

I was in and out quickly this time, but there have been occasions when I've had to wait. The staff is friendly, but they could work a little faster, especially when the restaurant isn't busy.

Awful awful service! I asked for two drinks and the women or manger only put down one. Began to yell at me when I told her I asked for two. I reordered my BLACK tea, in which while she makes it asks me three times whether I want black or green. I?vetold her BLACK three times already. She said medium black tea ready, I get so annoyed I take my tea and leave this awfulterrible disgusting establishment, and of course she gave me the wrong tea!

They prepare all the classic Dunkin' Donuts signature sandwiches and offer their famous coffee and lattes, along with special seasonal items like maple donuts and pumpkin spice lattes. I often enjoy their breakfast sourdough grilled cheese and speck sandwich, paired with a signature coffee, hash browns, and occasionally a roasted cheese bagel twist—it's very filling! The sausage and cheese croissant is also excellent. Their mocha lattes are great, whether you prefer them cold in the summer or hot in the winter, topped with whipped cream. This location is always open, even after heavy snowstorms or days of rain when almost all the others on North Broad Street are closed. If you need a good, hot coffee and a quick bite to eat on the go, this Dunkin' Donuts is the place to go!
