As usual, attention to detail flies out the window at this KFC!! How do you forget to include an item for an online order scheduled for pickup 30 minutes in advanced?? Their store doesn't even answer the phone for Pete's sake!! I'm too far to go back too! Memo: Have your orders double checked before a pickup!

Their oil for frying is dirty. They should change it more frequently. Also, the facility needs better upkeep.kind of dirty.

I ordered 4 whole wings. And received 4 almost burnt tiny wings for over $7.50 It was the worst hard to believe when I asked if I could get a another or better cooked order I was told they all was like this. Terrible

Horrible and Horrible my order it's completely different..Horrible close this store please or change your manager . Do something.It's not the first time..

I have never waited that long for a meal. The stuff wasn’t moving with any sense of urgency. They just take their own little time while people waited for almost a one hour to get their food. Complete turn off. I’ll definitely avoid that location.
