Yamasa Dominican Restaurant Bar

The food is not great and the price are insanely high. Purchased a meal with two portions of protein (chicken) and salad and ended up paying $30 dollars.

I’m very sad to give a bad review on a restaurant but I feel like I have to because of the really bad experience I had the first, the only and the last time I would visit this place. I was excited to try their food so I enter the restaurant and the 3 woman that were there at that moment were really nice. We engage in a conversation while I ordered the food. They charged me $17 which I found expensive but I didn’t say anything; I just paid and left. As soon as I got home I noticed I didn’t have my complete order and the meat was burnt, so I called them right back and even that the girl over the phone apologized over the food (I sent her pictures at her request) told me it was nothing they could do for me. She said they couldn’t exchange the food or give me the money back, which I wasn’t asking for, I only wanted the right order. While in the phone with this woman, I over heard the two Dominican woman in the back with a really bad attitude and they just hung up the phone on me. The same nice ladies I meet before I paid. The food was so nasty it went from the restaurant to my garbage. I felt disrespected and I don’t appreciate itHere I share the pictures

Delicious Dominican Cuisine. Ready to go, no waiting at all!

The food there is amazing so it’s definitely worth the price. The customer service is very good and they are so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going here!

Food was amazing we really enjoyed the time and music. I recommend it.
