The soups are to die for. Tonight it was Cream of Asparagus with ginger and lemongrass (told to us by the chef as we were leaving and he asked how was our dinner! . Previously we’ve had the Cream of Mushroom soup. It is THE best soup anywhere. Beet salad with goat cheese is always fresh, crisp and full of chopped beets. With changing set menus every night, you know you’re going to have a wonderful meal and it will probably be something you haven’t ordered yet!
