Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a caramel Iced coffee with 3 extra shots of caramel topped w/ cookie butter foam and a bacon egg croissant. My order was delicious but the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced since being in Maryland. Before I placed my order, a customer ahead of the customer in front of me, spilled part of his drink on the floor and the employee that was taking the order helped him clean it up which was great but after he finished with that customer, you could see the irritation in his face. I completely sympathized with him until it came time for me to order and he was extremely rude to me. I was trying to get clarity on something that I was ordering he completely cut me off and as he talked over me he read the different type of coffees (which had nothing to do with what I was trying to ask him) aggressively asked which one I want. I had to explain to him that I understand that he was frustrated about what happened prior before me but I wasn’t the one who slipped the coffee he had to clean up and didn’t deserve how he was treating me. After, I asked my questioned and I continued with my order that I was completely rushed through. I understand mishaps but no customer should be handled the way I was this morning especially seeing how what happened had nothing to do with me. I asked for the employee’s name but couldn’t understand clearly. I think he stated “Hue”.
Today I stopped before work attempting to try the new holiday menu. The lady standing in the front seemed frustrated and not very friendly. The line was not long however my coffee took almost 15 minutes and the coffee was not done properly at that. Will not be returning. Attached is a picture of my drink 1 minutes into recieving.
I go here every few months to see if the situation has improved at all, and it never has. I went this morning for a breakfast sandwich and coffee and when I sat down at work to eat it, the bottom of my sandwich was so burnt and charred that I had to take the bottom completely off. It essentially just crumbled and disintegrated in my lap. I can see that the employees are often left short staffed or with staff members that are not properly trained. It is exceedingly rare that I have a good experience at this Dunkin, and that's coming from a Dunkin lover. The last good experience I had here was ordering two black iced coffees which just need to be poured into a cup with nothing else added.
Breakfast sandwich tasting really nasty, I bought 2 of them and they both were the same nasty food and I also got a vanilla ice coffee which came out to be the worst in my life I end up paying over $15 for those 3 things and I had to throw everything in the trash (something I almost never do) but this food was that bad.. will never come back to this specific Dunkin.. other Dunkins have served me really good food.Finally as an advise DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE.
Donuts are so trash now. Taste like cardboard, even when getting them early morning. I have no clue how they are in business.
