Broadway Flying J Travel Plaza

This is an older Flying J, so you cannot expect a large modern system. It has only four diesel pumps and the dirt requires repair, but it is free parking. I arrived late in the afternoon and there was plenty of space when all the other truck stops were packed west on I-90. The store has a good selection of truck articles and Nick snacks with a hot food box at the bar counter. When I first came to the restaurant, I didn't expect much in the kind of good food because, as I said, this is an older place and something worn. But I've ever been surprised! They had a wide selection of dishes on the menu and the spaghetti and meatballs I ordered was delicious. The restaurant is clean and the waitress and the cook were very attentive and friendly. If you want a quiet place to park, good food and decent prices, this Flying J is the place. I definitely come back.

The place is not really much to write at home, but with my honest opinion, as usual it is not too bad. His name is Mister Chris and he literally sleeps down and bleaches the showers! I feel so clean when I know he works here and make sure that the showers are very clean because there are some very, very bad, no clean truck drivers. Besides one of the cashiers that is rude and thinks that I will steal them in the check and let them know 'I am blessed.... Honey '! Pros: Very shower ‐ Confectionery ‐ Two different restaurant on site Peaceful at night Cons: Potholes (some are so big that I thought they were moving Lake Superior into some of the parking spaces) .Parking NEEDS to repair!!!! Hard place to park a half because of the non-existent lines in the parking lot

Newly renovated! Looks great... I almost didn't know where I was. I'm here all my life when I got through. Great job guys! I guess the nice change here was a big surprise for me..

On gas. They had a lot of food and snacks. Appropriate price values there. Many parking spaces for cars and trucks or Rvs. Gas was sensible here.

AWESOME! I love truck stops like this! I got some novelty items and the diner inside the Plaza has AWESOME food and they give you large portions!! There is also an arcade inside that had me playing street fighter like I did back in the late 80s...This truck stop brought some nostalgia back for me!!!! Can't Wait to come back...I was actually sad when I left
