I recently enjoyed some incredibly tasty vegan dishes that were truly mind-blowing. It was one of the best vegan meals I've had at a restaurant in a long time.

Although I live over 90 minutes away from Ellensburg, I would gladly make the drive just for their Nashville Hot Cauliflower Po' Boy sandwich! It is absolutely delicious. I have been to this restaurant twice now and although they offer several other vegan options (which is great), I am so in love with this sandwich that I cannot bring myself to order anything else. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, with the option for outdoor seating, and they also serve delicious cocktails. What more could you ask for?
