Just popped in and grabbed a Canadian Club foot long. Quick, professional and lots of toppings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This particular subway is really the only one I go to as I like to try other chains when I leave the area.. Quality, service and cleanliness are always on point at this location and staff and owner are always very pleasant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5

This Elliot Lake Subway food is horrible. First and last time I ever go there. I ordered BLT on a gluten-free bun. The bun was so awful I took it back after 2 bits. They refused to give my money back even though the quality was awful. They said I ordered it and there not giving me my money back. The only thing they would do was put everything on a Italian bun, but wouldn't give me money back for the gluten-free bun. Horrible service and food. They also don't follow food guidelines about cross contamination. I witnessed an employee changing out the onions and putting the old onions on-top of the fresh onions. I let them know I was going to give them a bad review but these minimum wage workers who have hardly no income didn't care. So that explains everything. This is what bad customer service looks like. Don't waste your money on this very overpriced bad food. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, but this Subway.
