McDonald's - Elliot Lake

Typical MacDonald's with a very friendly and efficient front staff. Food was hot and served quickly.

Everything was filthy and the ice cream machine is broken everytime i go get a new machine if that one is always broken!

I'm getting more and more fed up with this chain. I like their coffee but this new ordering system where the person at the counter just takes orders and nothing else really sucks. We waited for about ten minutes for a simple coffee and hot chocolate. Why make the simple orders wait for the more complex ones? Obviously the genius at headquarters has never worked in a restaurant. There were over ten people waiting for food after they ordered. Total chaos and bad customer service. We got the coffee after ten minutes but waited longer for the overpriced ($2.50 for a small) hot chocolate. I finally blew my stack and the lady at the counter got the hot chocolate herself(duh!). She up-sized it for us at no charge. The hot chocolate is terrible now, I'm sure it is made with Hershey's chocolate instead of what they used before. We won't make the mistake of ordering that again. Yech!This is the last time for this place!

Great for a quick lunch and really enjoyed eating it over looking the lake at Miners Memorial Park.Clean,fast and drive threw was fast too. We hoped to see bears behind in the bush but never did.

Same cookie cutting facility like you see all around, clean and staff friendly, no complains, usually use drive up window, service speed fast and polite.
