Wards Fast Food Of Ellisville

The lunch crew is a little off. Every time I go here my order is wrong. So I don't go here often

I have eaten at this location for 13 years, Wards longer. The management here is very cold and disrespectful to people they don't care for locally. Today we were laughing, and asked to quiet down. I told them as a paying customer, there is no crime in laughter. Watching the prejudice of person makes the food less tasty. They are also not service dog friendly. As a trainer I was denied dining in and had my service dog card. Wasn't going to post this but months of personally experience and observations, I pray upper management can inquire and resolve.

Had a fried chicken salad chicken was old I go often so maybe someone new was the cook

We Dined in for lunch during a long road trip. Heard great things about Ward's from friends but this location was downright awful. The food was cold, there were flies everywhere and the atmosphere was terrible.

It's OK, manager seems to have an attitude towards me.
