The staff is always friendly, and good sense of humor-they deal with the antique of my ridiculous friend and his huge sandwich pretty good thank you guys for us good sommees and smiles through the dad jokes!

We have had good experiences at the Elma Subway shop on the main street. However, one employee was out front smoking pot and I did not appreciate having to walk through it to enter the shop.
