Contribuisci feedback30 minutes to get 1 sub. They put priority to online orders before people standing there. We were the only customers there and they made us watch them make an online order for 27 minutes before they even took our order. If you have customers in person, don't make them wait because some lazy person couldn't come in to order themselves. Sub was as usual, skipmy on toppings and not worth the price. No more Subway. Elmira needs a better option
Worst sub I have ever had! Chicken was dry and cold, bread was stale thrbperson working was rude! I asked for crispy bacon and he said it 's as crispy as thr microwave gets it! I will never go to this location again waste of 15 bucks
I watched the employee serve 4 customers including cash transactions with the same gloves.. I will never return.. I consider this a safety hazard in this day and age.
The problem with the subway is they wear the same gloves when they're handling money and making food someone needs to have a talk with them I don't think they understand ...
Stopped here for lunch today (April 18), The service was fast but a lady behind the counter was very rude to a girl who was training. When a trainee is having trouble with something they should be shown nicely how to do something in front of a customer and then talk to them after about what they did wrong. Do not embarrass someone in front of customers. I will not return to this location
