Really attentive staff, delicious food (we had the monkfish and prawn paella and tiramisu) and of course we enjoyed the lovely views over the marina.
The best thing about Yaiza is the view of the Marina. We stopped here for lunch on Friday, having made an escape from their neighbour on the LHS (as you stand looking at entrance) but sincerely wished we had escaped here too. They didn’t have tapas so we ended up ordering seafood spaghetti and carbonara. We also asked for sparkling water for 2 (the waitress arrived with one large bottle each.. this was the first?, I politely retuned one. She then brought us some toasted bread with.. I think garlic mayo and some watery looking “tomato tapenade/ substance”.. it struck me that it looked “watered” down, we asked for olive oil instead.. after some confusion she brought three little containers of it. The mains arrived and in places the food was luke warm. The food was average nothing to write home about, we didn’t even finish them. Also one of the waitresses appeared disinterested and unhappy .. not a “good feel place”. We should’ve just left or said something.. unfortunately we’d been walking around for a long time and had no energy to think about it, we haven’t ch led the reviews before going in for that (foolish) reason.. as they say.. hindsight is a great thing.. never again.
We went to a company meal and everything was super rich, the attention of 10 for the whole team. Thank you very much, I certainly recommend 100
Restaurant with good location feathers the works in the area. Hard access. excellent maid service. a little expensive food for the quality presented.
