Wendy's - Elyria

A single with a fries and an salate ordered. I had to reorder the single. ends with a single with chili and another salat.

Underoccupied. they locked up the doors because they don't have the personal to take care of the walk without posting the cute, a sign that the dinning room was closed, whereby several customers run around the load to look for a way into the business. I observed several potential customers highly annoyed and left in their vehicles and vehicles. a bit extra min to post a sign that the dining room was close would not have been a problem. the maintenance of my opinion of the service supervision was then less desirable.

They tell them after they pay, they have no ice for ice tea, the burgers overall for all wendy locations have shrunk in size, but the price has risen. this place was not clean!

This is the worst Wendys I've been to.I have been here several times over the last few years as I drive through from Pittsburgh to Chicago. Everytime I say it will be my last time there and then I give them another chance.Every time, we wait forever to get food that isn't hot, fries that aren't fresh, and drinks without ice. I literally just ordered a cheeseburger because they didn't have grilled chicken... again. I tossed it straight in the trash. It was cold like it's been sitting out all day. Nothing on it either.I like Wendys, but this location is is horrible. Will never go back!

Food was good, but the kitchen order accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. Person taking order receipt was correct, but didn't get what we ordered correct. Drive-thru line too long to return and doors were locked at 7:45pm. We were just passing through Elyria on the way to pick someone up at Cleveland Hopkins Airport, didn't have time to wait in drive-thru because it was backed up. Parking lot is very dark and in poor condition. Restaurant access is very complicated to get to, especially at night.
