Louie's Bakery - Emmaus

I had an amazing experience with Louie's Bakery! Great service and flexibility with orders. They are accommodating and great to work them. We gave them little direction and they did an amazing job making a 13 year old's birthday cake. Beautiful design and it was delicious!

Thank you Louie?s Bakery 80th birthday cake for a surprise luncheon for our mom. Butter cream three layer funfetti cake with raspberry for the layers. It was beyond yummy and they were great to work with me for what I wanted. I recommend them for sure!!

I am so appalled, disappointed and disgusted with this bakery. I ordered a cake for my daughter 's birthday. I requested the cake to have a Hello Kitty design and I also requested that the cake to be chocolate with Caramel cream filing. The design of the Hello kitty looked like a mouse. When we cut the cake the cake was chocolate with vanilla filing. It was dry and not tasty. I was so shocked and my daughter was so upset. This is what she wanted for her birthday and she

Unfortunate experience with this bakery. Was given wrong flavor cake, cake was late from scheduled pickup time, corner of cake (top right in photo) is sinking, the photo is bubbling and has a green hue. The owner said I was being too picky . Offered only a $6 refund for an otherwise embarrassing cake. They said they were unable to make another to replace it.

We ordered a very specific cake, spent 45 minutes describing what we wanted, brought pictures and got none of the things we asked for. The owner did not accept responsibility for the mishap and certainly didn't offer to make it right. we paid way too much for what we could have purchased at our local Weis.
