Pizza Hut - Emmetsburg

Waiter was at our table multiple times and still didn’t get refills for our drinks. Then the manager said they were busy and still as she was at our table, we still had empty cups.

We order our bread sticks and pizza by phone and we takeout. Never have any problems with our orders. They make the best pizza and bread sticks around.

Very rude manager...ZERO COMMUNICATION from them that my entire pick up order wasn't even made and I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes....no thanks...the food isn't worth the hassle

Food wasn't as good as I remembered. Basically dry. No sauce in cavattine. Pizza dry and no taste. Thin crust pepperoni pizza overcooked and dry.

Visited at 12:30, very little food on buffet and what was there was dried upp. They tried to tell us they couldn't fix anymore but after complaining they were able to fix 2 more pizzas and a pasta dish.
