Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Poor management, place was almost empty instead of moving two tables to accommodate our party of 8 had to wait 45 mins for a table to come available, no problem got past that ,

I know it?s hard to find good staff, but DAMN! The minute our waitress came to the table, she had that I don?t want to be here look?. I Started off asking for pecan pancakes to be brought out last so they?ll be hot , the waitress rolled her eyes and said, we can?t do that?, I kindly said , ?I eat here a lot and it can be done? she rolled her eyes AGAIN and said ? I?ll tell the cook?! Both sets of bacon was raw, and our eggs were cold! She never refilled our drinks, I had to get another waitress. I was scared to even ask for anything because of how she acted, like I was a bother . To make this experience any better?. Within 30 minutes after leaving, my boyfriend had a bad case of the swamp a !!

I ordered an alcoholic drink and when it was finally delivered, it was in a shot glass (half filled) I asked if they could take the drink back because I didn't want it anymore after I saw it look. They told me they couldn't take the drink from my account. They told me, regardless of whether I drink it or not, they will still call me for it. After I heard that, I got even more upset. This is my first time to come to every cracker barrel and this will be my last time EVER comes to a cracker barrel. After a funeral and then come to a restaurant really suck!

There was something. The hostess told us the wrong daily special. The waitress seemed like she just walked through the movements. Eating was good, it just didn't seem as good as most other crackers barrels.

Never been a big fan. Again on the way home from a trip and had my average experience. The staff was great, but the food just doesn't really turn out. I think they're taking care of a certain age demography that doesn't notice. Unless there's no other choice, I'm going somewhere else.
