Kfc - Emporia

The sandwich was the only redeeming aspect of the meal. The chicken breasts were served lukewarm and dried out, with soggy skin. However, the worst part was the nuggets—they were cold, hard as a rock, and incredibly dry, as if they had been sitting under a warming light for hours. They were completely inedible, so I ended up giving them to my dogs. What a frustrating experience!

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry, and it didn’t have the mayonnaise I requested. Additionally, I didn’t receive the fries I paid for with my meal. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10.

The chicken was definitely not sifted, as it was lumpy and difficult to chew.

You don't have any employees so wait slow but the food was hot fresh and super good

I really appreciate the location, and the service is excellent. The food is also quite delicious. However, I think it would be beneficial to have more staff during peak hours to manage the rush. Overall, everyone is very friendly and attentive.
