Birdseye Kitchen - Encinitas

This is my favorite restaurant! Love the food and stay for the company. The owner is always so sweet and you can tell that she is passionate about her craft... you can also taste it too! I recommend the beef pho, drunken noodles and mushroom salad with a Loas beer. Check them out! You'll be happy you did!

I absolutely love this restaurant! I've had several dishes from their menu and each one is super flavorful and delicious! They only use quality ingredients, which you can taste, and the beer and wine selection at Birdseye is out of this world. I wouldn't go anywhere else in North County for Asian/Thai.

The Drunken Noodles...at a level 2...were excellent! Might go to level 3 next....for just a bit more heat. This was our first time and we were a little apprehensive. We also had the Imperial Rolls...also very good..and the sauce that come with them has a great flavor. Clean, modern, comfortable interior. Great place!
