Solterra Winery Kitchen - Encinitas

I had an amazing dinner with friends last night. My bluefin tuna dish was absolutely delicious. I have dined at this restaurant before and the food was always good, but it seems like they have a new chef because the quality has improved even more. We sat in the barrel room, which had a great atmosphere. The only downside was that the music was a bit too loud, making it difficult to hear everyone at the table. I enjoyed the musician, but I would have preferred if the volume was a bit lower.

The best service I've ever experienced, thanks to Kristen! I was feeling down and my server kindly gave me a complimentary glass of wine, which was such a sweet gesture. It made me feel so cared for and completely lifted my spirits. The wine was delicious and the atmosphere was very lively. I highly recommend this place, 10/10!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant last night as a great spot for a date. We were seated promptly without a reservation, even though it was busy. The live music was fantastic! Though they didn't have any tasting flights available that night (which was a first for us), we were able to enjoy several half glasses of excellent wine. We also tried the mussels and shishito peppers, both of which were delicious. Our server was very friendly. We definitely plan on coming back!

We had a fantastic dinner with friends last night who had never been to this restaurant before. We have been coming here for the last four years and have enjoyed every experience. The brussels sprouts are phenomenal, the crabcakes are delicious, the wine selection is fantastic, and they offer a large variety of options for plant eaters, including the amazing vegan paella. The service was excellent as well.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service provided by Corbin was excellent. The selection of wines, from rose to a variety of reds, was all top quality. We will definitely be returning in the future.
