Carmen's Bakery - Enfield

We brought a Pinterest picture with us, hoping Carmen could recreate the cake we had chosen. To our delight, she duplicated it perfectly! Your prices are fair (actually, quite low), and we also ordered cookies, cake pops, and cannolis. Carmen, you have earned our business for every occasion. Thank you for making this day so special for us!

I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the yellow cake with chocolate frosting I ordered for my friend's birthday. While the decorations were beautiful, the cake itself was dry and lacking in flavor. I can only give it one star for its presentation, but even the chocolate candies on top looked old and unappetizing—I hesitated to eat them after tasting the cake. Sadly, I cannot recommend this cake.

The design was not what I was hoping for. The pancake was bland and dry, appearing unfinished and hasty. I was very disappointed and cannot recommend it.

Really wanted to like this place, but the cake is very hard and stale tasting. Not moist, fresh or tasty like cake should be. My guess is that this place in Bulk buys, freezer burns these cakes, defrost them, and writes custom briefing and finally hands from customers. My big question to Carmen's: Do you think you can get them in HOUSE, or do you have the CACTS?

Siempre compro mis cakes aquí Carmen es muy atenta sus pasteles son deliciosos , buena presentación, buen servicio , económicos,solo tienes que avisarle antes lo que quieres y ella lo hace posible . Los de tres leches son mis favoritos y los puedes pedir con tu fruta preferida.
