I waited, and when I inquired about my order, I was told that the item was no longer available. The staff was friendly, but seriously, come on! It should not be difficult to keep the digital menu current. I was traveling and did not appreciate the time wasted.
Stopped into Maccas for a quick bite to eat on my way back from the city and I have to say the chicken and cheese burger I ordered put every other McDonalds in NSW to shame. It was hot, fresh and clearly made with love. The first bite gave me an instant foodgasm and left me wanting more. If your ever hungry and your passing through heathcote I highly recommend stopping
Every single time I've ordered you off Ubereats, you've cancelled my orders, or you don't deliver on schedule. You don't give updates, your phone line is off, and most importantly, even the ONE TIME YOU DID, the food was cold. Get off Ubereats, and get out of Engadine, you unbelievably lazy hacks.
I visited Engadine McDonalds once back in 1997. I was travelling back from Bega with my family and my Aspergers twin brother asked if we could get a happy meal. That wasn’t for me, although I like to be happy and im quite fond of meals, I’m more of a fillet’o’fish type operator. Dad said yes and we pull over. Dad chose to go in store as he needed to relive himself. Dad gave me a pineapple and told me to order a Big Mac meal for him and whatever me and my brother wanted. As I lined up I watched my father casually walk to the restrooms and I could see as he got closer there was a growing concerned look on his face as if he was in deep thought. The line up was very long so we had to wait quite some time as I heard there was some kind of Super League game on that night. I heard some commotion coming from where the restrooms were, I tried to ignore it as my attention was fixed on my brother who was asking random people for their gerkins so he could throw them on the glass windows. I hear a shout that sounded like my father, I look over and see him looking very upset and storming out of the restrooms. He was holding his hands up yelling ‘look at this!’ He had brown chocolate mousse on his hands. He yelled at my brother and I and said ‘Get in the car boys!!!’ I told him that I hadn’t ordered yet. ‘I don’t care!!!’ He exclaimed. When we got in the car he was furiously cleaning his hands with baby wipes that had been left in the car from the time my brother went through a make up phase and needed to clean it off his face before we went into Christian College. ‘That smells like poo’ I said to dad, ‘What happened in there?!’. All my dad said to me was this.... ‘Jobs Growth’. I’ll never forget that night..... Great atmosphere will dine there again!
Went in to get breakfast at approx 8:30am on a Sunday morning. At first I stood at the counter for approx 3 mins before I was directed to order at the computer/self service. Don’t know why when their was two people standing behind the counter... then when I had to pay it was an effort to even be able to pay for my food. When I eventually got my food it was an effort for the guy to put it into a bag because I’d ordered take away... my food fell apart and I wasn’t the happiest after having to wait to even be served. When I went to the McCafé same story. There was three staff in their but only one doing all of the work. I didn’t get her name but the lady with dark hair was really lovely and trying to make all of the orders while the other 2 girls discussed what they were going to wear out. Tbh I didn’t want to hear that stuff I just wanted my order which took a bit longer because there was only one staff member making coffees AND putting all of the food on. Doesn’t look good as a customer seeing that. Won’t be back.
