Queens - Ennis

Extremely rude staff. I asked what cakes do you have with a smile and she said It 's all written full stop I said on the menu or .... It 's literally just written here . Full stop. Such a terse and rude reply Unwelcoming attitude. Before that I had spent about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come and take my order. And this rudeness happened when I went to the counter and began politely placing my order. I just said I 'll go and left. This happened at 1535 hrs 19.8.23

Staff are rude, chatting to themselves behind counter ! Not acknowledging customers. No manners and and all appear they would rather be somewhere else . Customers having to get there own menus and go back up to the till to order as staff couldn't b bothered taking orders and they had plenty staff same day!

Simply the best café in Ennis if not Clare, the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, Una and Sam are always extremely professional and helpful any time I’ve eaten here. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ennis!

Super friendly staff, lovely atmosphere , nice music and amazing coffee, the oatmilk Cappucino is special . My only crib is the wooden back chairs are far from comfortable but I’d get over that . The other seating is great .

Stumbled on this place whilst on a short break, thefriendly, helpful staff provided excellent service.. Food was freshly prepared and nicely presented, great for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
