Wingstop - Ennis

I ordered a family dinner add extra big frits, roll and asked for my wings to be well made. for dinner my order was delivered. my wings weren't finished, and when I called the place, the manager was no help and always made talk. there is no excuse for chickens that are not cooked. I complained about social media and even contacted Wingstop companies. I received a $10 gift card for a meal that cost moving as $50.00 that was my second time with a bad experience at this place. 2 out 2 and I will not go back.

This review is really about a DoorDash delivery driver’s integrity and ineptitude but reflects poorly on WingStop.My wing order, which was placed via the WINGSTOP APP, was delivered so late over an hour from when promised I rejected it. I called the WingStop in Ennis to advise them I was canceling the order BEFORE the delivery person arrived. I met the delivery person at the door and instructed them that I had canceled the order and the food be returned to WingStop. However, in a follow up, my order status is delivered. Now I am wondering if that order was actually returned to WingStop? 40 dollar meal and a 10 dollar tip?No more delivery via DoorDash.

I walked in at 9:28 at night to place a small to-go order and was told they weren't taking orders. Why are the store hours listed as being open until 10 PM PM if they are not going to actually serve food??? If I were the business owner I would be incredibly upset with this kind of diversion of business.

I've ordered multiple times at this wingstop, just to gave them the benefit of the doubt 1st time my order was suppose to ready in 16 to 21 minutes it's ended being 40 minutes. The 2nd time I did a to go ordered I showed up on time just to be told my food wasn't ready. I was told it would 20 more minutes, I got back 10 minutes later just to have my food just setting there. The food is cold I asked to remake it and the hispanic girl grabs my food says it warm and she will not remake it. And throws the food away. Worst place ever to order wings

Find somewhere else to go. They don’t communicate with you and let you know that they lost your order therefore you spend almost an hour waiting for food. They have awful customer service. And they claimed they have no numbers to corporate so you can call and complain. Nor do they want to give you the supervisors name. They want to be secretive for some reason. So with that, I do not recommend this location. Go somewhere else to find your wings. Chili’s it’s just right across the street. Go there!
